On Saturday 23 May, the V edition of the Hotel Barceló Tenerife Golf Tournament was celebrated, an event that has firmly established itself as a classic at Golf del Sur. The competition brought together more than 90 players who took part in pairs under the Canada Cup format.
The day was marked by a great atmosphere and numerous activities for those attending. Participants enjoyed live DJ music in the area around hole 10, as well as a marquee with breakfast for all players. In addition, the course presented excellent conditions for play, something highly valued by both local enthusiasts and the international players who did not want to miss the occasion.
The recent changes made to the layout were received with great satisfaction by the participants, who highlighted the improvement of the playing experience.
Once the competition was over, Hotel Barceló Tenerife organised the prize-giving ceremony accompanied by a lunch at its Drago restaurant, attended by all participants. During the event, trophies were presented and a final raffle was held, putting the finishing touch to a hugely successful sporting and social day.
