The user expressly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting, which shall govern the contractual relationships established between the User and the entity GESTION GOLF DEL SUR S.L.U., with tax ID B38572939 and registered address at Avenida Galván Bello, Casa Club S/N, Urbanización Golf del Sur, 38639, San Miguel de Abona, Tenerife, regarding the service of selling GREEN FEES through the website www.golfdelsur.es.

These General Terms and Conditions have been prepared in accordance with Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 26/84 on Consumer Protection, Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, Law 7/96 on Retail Trade Regulation, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and other applicable legal provisions.

Service Conditions

By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User/Client expressly agrees fully and without reservation to them, as well as to any Specific Conditions governing the use of contracted services, declaring that they have the legal capacity to contract the services offered through the website. This document may be printed and stored by users. Users may also request clarification regarding its content via telephone at +34 676076903 / +34 619757364 or by email at golfdelsur@golfdelsur.es. GOLF DEL SUR may modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice by publishing such modifications on its website so that users may be aware of them. The publication of modifications on the website shall be considered sufficient notification to users. To access the contracting of services offered on the website, the User must complete all required data in the designated form and click the ACCEPT button.

Contracting Procedure

2.1 Contracting

The parties expressly state that acceptance of the offer selected by the User/Client from GOLF DEL SUR occurs when all steps of the contracting procedure detailed on the website have been completed. This implies full and express acceptance of these conditions. The contract shall be considered finalized when the bank associated with the Client's credit card authorizes the transaction. At that moment, a confirmation page of the reservation will appear, which may be printed as proof. By accepting the contract, the client expressly accepts both the general rules of play and the specific rules established by the golf course where the green fee or golf package is purchased. The conditions and prices of services are those shown on the website at the time of contracting. GOLF DEL SUR may freely modify prices without prior notice by publishing them on the website. These prices include IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) or any applicable replacement tax, according to current legislation.

2.2 Golf Services

The user/client must comply with the operational and organizational rules set by the golf course. Acceptance of the offer implies express acceptance of these rules. When contracting golf services, special attention must be given to the governing regulations of the sport, particularly: HANDICAP: Some golf courses may require a minimum handicap, which must be proven at the time of booking and at the course. GREEN FEES: Prices published on the website may change if the golf course updates its rates before issuance.

Cancellation and Complaints

Cancellation of a green fee or golf package less than 15 days in advance will result in a 100% charge of its cost. If the user fails to appear at the golf course on the agreed date and time, no refund will be granted. If the agreed services cannot be provided due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, course closure, repairs), the full amount will be refunded upon proof of such circumstances. Privacy and Personal Data Protection

GOLF DEL SUR declares compliance with current data protection regulations, specifically Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights, and related regulations. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion of personal data via the contact details provided above. Users may also consult the company's privacy policy under the section "PRIVACY."

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of any dispute or claim between the parties regarding compliance with or content of these Terms and Conditions, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
